Tie-up with Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd
In December 1998, concluded an agreement for the production and sales of SPS production systems with Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd., an engineering manufacturer with a long history and abundant experience in the manufacture of machine tools. This tie-up has further strengthened 's capabilities as a developer of the system and equipment.
Sintering Systems Deliver Greater Versatility
In September 2000, began marketing the SINTER ACE, a new hot-press, multi axial energizing sintering system for the fabrication of diamond tools. The SAM method features independent control of the pressurizing and heating axes. This low-priced, easy-to-use sintering system demonstrates the spread of 's R&D into other sintering processes than SPS (Spark Plasma Sinteringa pressure assisted pulsed electric current process). also has a long history of development of special machines such as ultrahigh-vacuum material synthesis systems, the shock compaction material synthesis systems and the high-speed electroforming systems.

A large SPS system has been delivered to the French Atomic Energy Commission
In April 2009, we deliverd a large SPS system to the French Atomic Energy Commission, as part of an ongoing project to develop
nanomaterials in France. This is the largest system in Europe, with a maximum sintering pressure of 2,000kN (200 tons) and a
maximum current of 30,000 amperes.
