These wear-resistant valve components are used in abrasive fluid applications and are available in three grades of sinter hardness： 2500 mHv, 2300 mHv and 2000 mHv. Applications are now being developed in a number of fields, including high-pressure equipment for homogenizing, high-pressure pumps, nozzles and centrifuges.

These dies maintain the ultrafine, ultrahard properties of their starting powders and exhibit superior microstructure and micropore characteristics. Manufactured by SPS sintering they offer in practical applications, a wire drawing life of 3.5 times (under severe conditions) to 12 times (under normal conditions) of conventionally sintered dies now on the market.
